NEWS ALERTS!

New CD coming from Jeff Phelps in 2014!  FINALLY!

The music, which incorporates stellar guitar and bass work from long time musical collaborator Marcel Miner, will recapture much of the style and lyrical turns that have helped maintain the long time, underground, international interest in the original "Magnetic Eyes" LP.

Look for music snippets to be posted here over May and June as the final recording process winds down and production efforts ramp up.  If you haven't already been added to our mailing list, please send your email address to jeff@magneticeyesmusic.com to be notified as we reach project milestones, and eventually schedule live performances.

WELCOME

Welcome to Magnetic Eyes Music, named after a 1985, self-produced album by Jeff Phelps. Please check out the various music projects he's been involved in over the years, as well as the original Magnetic Eyes LP, his very 1st independent music effort.  He wrote all of the music, most of the lyrics, played all the instruments, and produced the final product.  This website was constructed as a result of the continued interest in "Magnetic Eyes" both in the states as well as overseas.

His latest project, Porterfield Rose, just released its debut CD.  To get more information on this original instrumental project, please navigate to the "Porterfield Rose" link to the left.

Thanks for your interest in Magnetic Eyes Music, and if you have suggestions, comments or questions, please feel free to contact Jeff at jeff@magneticeyesmusic.com
